Summer camp is right around the corner ! All leaders MUST have YPT training before attending.

All Adults that will be involved with the troop and going on ANY camp outs MUST be a registered leader and must have current YPT training.

Last weekend four scouts went to First Methodist Mansfield to get trained to do CPR. It was a three and a half hour course. The boys had to watch a video on how to do CPR. Then the trainer told them basically what to do, and explain it so that the scouts could actually understand what the video was saying to do. They had to perform CPR three different types of dummies, adult, child, and infant. The training course was long, but it will be worth it.
