The Scouts will be deciding what event the Troop will lead at Camporall, as well as reviewing plans for the upcoming Diamond J Service Project.
Each Scout will need to know if he will be attending the Diamond J Service Project and Camporall. The cost for Diamond J will be $3/meal ($9 total).

The Committee will be getting the wreath packets ready to hand out to the Scouts. Bring a Sharpie and help us mark brochures and stuff envelopes - everyone is welcome to come and help, not just Committee Members.
Deadline to sign up for Camporall
Location: Sid Richardson Scout Ranch
DEADLINE: Sign up/payment due by Monday, Sept 28 (Troop Meeting). Cost: $20/person.
Friday night: Arrive at Retta Baptist Church at 6:00 pm. EAT BEFORE YOU COME.
Scout meals will be planned/cooked by Patrol (normal routine). See attached flyer for more info.
